It has been such a blessing for us, it can't even be explained. It is really easy to use as well. It comes with the batteries needed, so you simply attach the gel pad cords to the control and place the gel pads where you want them on your skin and turn it on. Adjust the intensity as needed or even the type of massage given by the different modes on the bottom of the control. You can also select a specific area to target or just run a full generic massage. The only issue I've found with this is that some of the options could have a greater intensity but this has, many a days, melted away our body aches and pains. The screen on the control is also backlit blue, so if using it in the dark with some essential oils being diffused (like we do) you are still able to relax and control this without needing to turn a light on.

What can I say about this other than TRY IT because it works! I've had stretch marks on my arms and stomach since high school and my pregnancies later. I never thought I would find anything to make them fade so there are certain articles of clothing I would not wear. When I saw the opportunity to do this review, I said "I've tried everything else so what else can I lose?" Apparently, the stretch marks. While they didn't completely fade, they are less noticeable and that's just with one bottle.

While I don't have to worry about wrinkles quite yet, my skin tone was starting to become uneven and splotchy. I also tended to have dry patches on my skin. I couldn't find a moisturizer without all the junk and chemicals in it so I was happy when I got a chance to review this product. When I first opened it, I was happy to read the ingredients because it contained so many natural and organic products. 

After about a week of use, my skin tone was noticeably more even, the dry spot were almost completely faded and my skin just felt overall more healthy. I was so happy with the results thus far, I asked a girlfriend of mine to try some to see if it would work just as well for her as it did myself. After a week of use as well, the wrinkles on her forehead were almost non-existent and her skin also looked generally healthier.

This is one product I don't think I will go too long without. It is so versatile and effective, it is a must have for every beauty drawer. Taking care of three children doesn't afford me a lot of time to spend on myself so my hair tends to get drier than usual and brittle. So cue the split ends and damaged hair! Don't even mention finding time for a mani/pedi. 

I decided to see if it would work on my hair first. After using it for 2 weeks, my hair so much softer, shinier, easier to manage, looked and felt healthier. I was impressed since my hair has always required a lot of moisture. 

I decided after that to try it on my cuticles since they said you could. My cuticles were so soft, I didn't even have to trim them, just buff them and my hands looked so much better. So then I decided to try and see how well it would work mixed with other products. I normally make my own body butter so I made a batch and added some of the oil to it. At first it seemed to be less effective but after continual use for a week, it was working just as well as before.

When I first opened this book, I thought to myself "here we go again with the diet thing." It was not what I was looking for. However, since I agreed to review the book in exchange for the book, I decided to give it a fair trial. So my children and I went shopping for fruits and vegetables specific to the recipes. That was the first checkmark for me; I usually buy random fruits and vegetables to make a smoothie and spend so much money on a lot of it goes to waste. So having the recipes was already saving us money. Plus, a lot of the recipes use some of the same ingredients so that was also a plus.

I must say, these smoothies are delicious! I use to make random smoothies before and they were hit or miss with my children. These recipes actually have my children asking me to make them smoothies, and they know there are fruits and vegetables in them. My children would especially ask for the spinach and apple smoothie. 

They are also pretty filling so I wasn't constantly hungry feeling like I was starving myself to death. I also realized that I wasn't craving sweets as much as before. I was super excited to try this screen with being unable to open our doors because of all the flies and bugs in the area. Upon receipt of the screen, I asked my husband to install it for me as he was also looking forward to being able to keeping the door open without all the pests. Per my husband, the screen was really easy to install, though it was a bit long. 

That was probably my only issue with this screen; the length. Since you couldn't cut it without destroying the magnet, we just had to deal with the length. But that meant, every time we went through the screen, we had to fix the bottom of the screen to make sure there were no holes or gaps for anything to get in. I must say though, it did serve its purpose. We were able to keep our door open for the rest of the summer without having to worry about insects getting inside.

One of the first things I noticed with this was the consistency. It wasn't as creamy as I thought it would be which could be a good thing. I expected it to be thick and sticky and it was neither. I was very skeptical of this product because not many have worked before and you always hear, there's nothing you can do about it short of laser surgery.
