As a soldier, my husband is constantly training, lifting heavy items and works out a lot so he is in constant pain. Being on a tight budget doesn't allow for him to get to go to a massage parlor as often as he'd like or need. As a homeschooling mom of now 4 children, on top of being a homemaker, at the end of a lot of days, my muscles are so tired and worn that I just crash when my kids go to sleep. It has been such a blessing for us, it can't even be explained. It is really easy to use as well. It comes with the batteries needed, so you simply attach the gel pad cords to the control and place the gel pads where you want them on your skin and turn it on. Adjust the intensity as needed or even the type of massage given by the different modes on the bottom of the control. You can also select a specific area to target or just run a full generic massage. The only issue I've found with this is that some of the options could have a greater intensity but this has, many a days, melted away our body aches and pains. The screen on the control is also backlit blue, so if using it in the dark with some essential oils being diffused (like we do) you are still able to relax and control this without needing to turn a light on.
